Please be patient. Father/Daughter Dance pictures will be ready in a couple weeks, and will be sent home from school with your child.
North Side News and Calendar- Tuesday, March 3 is the kindergarten parent meeting in the cafeteria. There are two meeting times: one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 6:30 p.m. Please come to the one that is most convenient for you. We’ll have North Central Iowa Ag in the Classroom presentations for our preschool and kindergarten prep classes on Wednesday, March 11. Our students love to have visitors and programs, especially all about farm animals! Our PK and Kindergarten Prep students will have a Kindergarten Orientation Day in May with more information to come in April.
South Side News and Calendar - The teachers and staff love to keep students engaged with school during the early spring months. Book Week is the first week of March with some surprise visits and reading fun! North Central Iowa Ag in the Classroom presentations about animals are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday the second week of March. Iowa Assessments, which help us find out what areas students are successful in and which we need to put more emphasis on, are the third and fourth week in March. The 2-3 graders are eagerly getting ready for their vocal music concert will be held at CLW on March 12 at 7:00 p.m. Come and hear the K-1 Vocal Music Concert on Thursday, April 23, at 7:00 p.m. at the CLW.
SES Services Provided During the 2014-2015 School Year
In the 2014-15 school year, the Hampton-Dumont Elementary School had 221 students eligible for the Supplemental Education Services Program. Of those 221 students, 2 students took advantage of this program. Letters were sent out in October notifying you of your eligibility with services running from November to December. An additional notification will was sent out in January with a second round of services that ran from February to March.
Letters for the 2015-2016 school year will be sent out in October notifying you if your child(ren) are eligible for the Supplemental Education Services Program.

En el año escolar 2014-15, la Escuela Primaria Hampton-Dumont tenía 221 estudiantes elegibles para el Programa de Servicios Educativos Suplementarios. De los 221 estudiantes, 2 estudiantes tomaron ventaja de este programa. Se enviaron cartas a cabo en octubre que le notificó de su elegibilidad para los servicios que se ejecutaron a partir de noviembre a diciembre. Una notificación adicional se envió en enero con una segunda ronda de los servicios que corrían de febrero a marzo.
Cartas para el año escolar 2015-2016 serán enviadas en octubre se le notificará si su hijo(s) es elegible para el Programa de Servicios Educativos Suplementarios.
